A boat carrying 15 migrants sank off Turkey’s Western Coast in the Aegean Sea, the Turkish Coastguard said on Monday as the look was going on for survivors. The authorities were alerted to the accident off the coast of Dikili in the area of Izmir after two survivors could swim ashore. The coastguard said in a statement that 13 migrants, including three kids, were missing. There were 14 Afghans and an Iranian national on the boat, the coastguard stated, referring to information from the survivors.
