Belgian officials have confirmed that thethree bomb blasts of Tuesday in Brussels, Capital of the country claimed 31 lives and injured 260 others. Two brothers who are known criminals are said to behind the blasts; one blew himself up at the airport while the other is at large.
ISIS has claimed responsibility for the blasts.
