Three teenagers, Elijah Adebowale, Suleiman Balogun, and Shefiu Adam , have been charged before a Yaba Chief Magistrate Court in Lagos over alleged gang rape of a 13 year girl.
The prosecutor said the teenagers all conspired to lure the girl and spiked her drink before each of them had carnal knowledge of her.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the law prescribes life imprisonment for anyone found guilty of rape.
