An expert in a new book has once again emphasized the benefits of 30 minutes daily walk. Apart from weight loss and less risk for some chronic diseases including cancer and diabetes, daily 30 minutes walk can improve mood of the walker, the person is less likely to be angry and hostile. Also the person is more likely to be creative during such walks according to a 2014 study published in the Journal of experimental Psychology; researchers applied creative thinking tests to two groups of persons: one while sitting while the other while walking, and found that walking did better than those sitting.
