Under the agency’s for free HIV counseling and Testing (HCT) programme, the Lagos State AIDS and Control Agency (LASACA), has screened 2000 men and women for HIV and AIDS at the Ebute Olowo fish market in Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State, South west Nigeria.
