A new study has uncovered that strolling an additional two minutes every hour may counterbalance risks of sitting too long.

The University Of Utah Health Sciences study proposes that taking part in low force exercises, for example, standing may not be sufficient to balance the wellbeing risks of sitting for drawn out stretches of time.
