1. Bad Lifestyle Can Kill Male Sex drive
Lifestyle is the mode of living comprising taste, attitude, moral standard, habits and standard of living. This includes cigarette smoking and alcohol consumption. Alcohol abuse and/ or heavy smoking can depress libido by decreasing the production of testosterone by the testes.
With determination you can quit alcohol and smoking.
Some forms of strength building exercises like weight lifting are known to increase testosterone levels in the blood.
Diets high in sugar can also affect sex drive; sugar is said to negatively affect testosterone level in the blood. Watch what you eat.
2. Noise Reduces Performance/efficiency
Noise reduces concentration, brilliance, and efficiency. Students whose schools are located near airports have been found not perform as well as those whose schools are located in more quiet areas.
Very loud noise can cause loss of memory. Sources of loud noise include airports, factories, night clubs, parties etc.
3. Avoid sex with high risk group.
Avoiding sex with members of high risk groups is the beginning of wisdom. These groups include commercial sex workers, long distance lorry drivers, refugees, convicts, migratory labourers, professional blood donors and drug addicts. If it must happen then use a condom.
4. Eat before taking alcohol
Eat before you start drinking alcohol if you must. A full stomach reduces the absorption rate of alcohol. If the rate of absorption is slowed down, the intoxication is reduced.
5. Discontinue Smoking
Smoking has very serious health hazards, yet it is a habit that has refused to leave mankind.
Smoking remains the most important preventable cause of illness and death, the estimated number of deaths per annum from smoking is over 4.5 million with more of this occurring in the developed world, more men die from smoking than women.
Smokers die about 10 years earlier than never-smokers, they have twice the risk of heart disease, 10 times the risk of lung cancer, several times the risk of cancer of the mouth, throat, oesophagus, pancreas, cervix, kidney and bladder.
The following health problems also occur more in smokers:-stroke, peptic ulcers, fractures and cataract.
Nicotine, one of the major constituents of cigarette smoke is highly addictive and produces withdrawal symptoms if discontinued. This is what makes it difficult for smokers to quit.
Resolve to stop smoking cigarette/tobacco if you do.
6. Be Humourous at home
Be a comedian if you must, laughter, they say, is the best medicine. Some women are easily turned on by men who are humourous and are fun to be with. There are no dull moments, there are always things to discuss and laugh about.
I believe comedians have the best women around these days, we all have to learn comedy to survive the hot competition for good women.
7. Sex Lowers Blood Pressure
Another study published in Biological Psychology found that frequent intercourse was associated with lower diastolic blood pressure (the lower, or second, number in a blood pressure reading). This study focused on people living with their sex partner.
Still further research found a link between partner hugs and lower blood pressure in women.
8. Pneumonia is an infection of the lungs
Pneumonia is an infection of the lungs; there are two main types of pneumonia–Lobar Pneumonia and Bronchopneumonia. Lobar pneumonia usually affects a whole section of the lung and is more common in the 30-50 years age bracket. On the other hand, bronchopneumonia affects several little areas of the two lungs and is more common in the extremes of life—under 2 years of age and over 65 years of age.
Pneumonia occurs worldwide but it is more deadly in the developing countries of Africa, South East Asia and South America where poor housing is common.
Pneumonia is one of the childhood killer diseases and according to the World Health Organisation (WHO), the disease accounts for about 15 percent of all childhood (under 5 years) deaths globally.
Pneumonia is caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi and occasionally parasites.
Pneumonia is an airborne disease, it spreads through droplets, dust containing the causative agents, and contact with articles contaminated by discharge from sneezing or coughing. Careless spitting on the ground can become a source of infection if the spit contains the agent. When dried up and becomes part of the dust, one can breathe it in following a wind. In a crowded place, one can also breathe in droplets from sneezing and/or coughing.
