A Kenyan man identified as Achieng,allegedly cut his wife, Margaret’s breast off after accusing her of having an affair with his brother.
He further went ahead to chop off his own manhood and threw it outside the house.
They were both rushed to the hospital where they had reconstruction surgeries carried out on them according to Kenya News Agency.
