According to a report titled “Preventing Disease through Environment” just released by the Director-General of the World Health Organization, Dr. Margret Chan in Geneva, Switzerland on Tuesday (15/3/16), about 12.6 people died as a result of living or working in an unhealthy environment in 2012.
She also said that healthy environment forms healthy population, if countries do not take action to make environment where people live and work healthy, millions will continue to die young.
