Ebola no longer poses global risk- WHO.
The World Health organization (WHO) has said the Ebola outbreak is no longer an extraordinary Health event, it no longer constitute a public health emergency of international concern and the risk of spreading is very low.
WHO’s Director General, Margaret Chan said that although a small cluster of cases are still occurring in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia have not had any in months.
Chan also advised that there should be no restrictions on travel and trade with Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone and that any such measures should be lifted up immediately.
