The Medical Director, Healing Spring Medical Centre, Yaba, Lagos, Dr. Tunde Atunrase said that he could not transfuse and admit a road accident victim due to lack of fuel to power his generator.
He disclosed that many victims were rejected by many other hospitals and patients who are supposed to be admitted and monitored are sent home because sleeping in the dark in a hospital/clinic will only worsen their conditions.
