Refugees celebrate 5000 birth in Zaatari clinic in Syria.

The Syrian refugee camp has just celebrated the safe delivery of the 5000th birth at Zaatari delivery clinic in Syria. The clinic is supported by the UN Population Fund (UNFPA) and is controlled by the Jordinian Health Aid Society to give provide health care to the people in the camp.

Dr,Rima Diab the doctor in charge of the clinic says that she takes six normal deliveries every day;  according to her, she is yet to any death.

About 700,000 children immunized against polio in Plateau.

While addressing Journalist on the just concluded immunization exercise, the permanent secretary of the state Ministry of Health, Abel  Gwatau said that not less than  700,000 children under the age of Five have been immunized against polio virus in the state. He also said that this vaccination against poliomyelitis in the state was a nationwide campaign directed by the Federal Ministry of Health.
