A Boeing 737-800 aircraft owned by FlyDubai has crashed at Rostov-on-Don airport in Southern Russia, every one on board is said to have died; 55 passengers and 7 crew members.

The aircraft is said to have broken into pieces when it crash landed at the airport after hovering around the airport for about two hours due to bad weather (wind, snow and rain) which reduced visibility.

The two data recorders have been recovered but investigations are likely to take about three months according to Russian authorities.

The plane was en-route Dubai (UAE)-Russia, most of the dead were Russian.
